Final Camera-Ready Paper SubmissionCongratulations on the acceptance of your paper. Thank you very much for your contribution. Following four steps give you detailed instruction to prepare for your final camera-ready paper. Please note that for each accepted contribution, at least one author has to registered for the HPSR 2006 before submitting the camera-ready paper. Do not forget: Authors of accepted papers should register before 10-04-2006; otherwise papers will not be included in the proceedings. For each accepted paper, at least one author must register at a full registration rate. Step1: Prepare Final ManuscriptPlease find the reviewers' comments, if any, attached in the email sent to you earlier. Please pay attention to their comments and incorporate them in the final version of your paper. To guarantee good quality proceedings contents, your paper must comply with the HPSR 2006 paper specifications. In particular, this means:
You can view here the suggested style for the title and authors header (one column for each different affiliation); if preferred, this alternative style can be used. LaTeX Template:
Mac users can use either of the packages. However, Mac (especially OzTeX) users should be aware that they should not use text files Windows style line feeds. Therefore, if using IEEEtran.zip, OzTeX users will have to convert the line feeds of any Windows style ASCII files (.txt, .sty, .tex, .bib, .bst, etc.) to Mac format before use or else the LaTeX parser will become confused and generate error messages. Most Mac text editors and word processors can easily perform this conversion. OzTeX will work with the UNIX releases (IEEEtran.tar.gz) without need of modification. Word Template:Download the TRANS-JOUR.DOC author's template for Microsoft Word. This file contains a template for you to use in creating your paper. You may also download the TRANS-JOUR.PDF file if you just want the instructions and not the template. Step2: Generate PDF Format PaperIEEE is very strict about the requirements for converting application files or PostScript files to full-text PDF for inclusion in IEEE Xplore. The new IEEE Xplore® Requirements for PDF will be enforced as of 2005. All conference articles submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore must be in Xplore-compatible PDF format. IEEE offers PDF eXpress as a free service to IEEE conference authors, allowing them to make Xplore-compatible PDFs (Conversion function) or to check PDFs authors have made themselves for Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function). Method 1: Generate the PDF paper using Adobe AcrobatPlease follow the detailed instructions in IEEE PDF File Preparation Guide for IEEE Xplore. Method 2: Generate the PDF paper using PDF eXpressPDF eXpress is a tool for IEEE authors to obtain Xplore-compatible files, by using either the PDF Check or Source File Conversion functions More information about IEEE PDF eXpress can be found here Step3: Submit the PDF Paper File OnlineTo appear in the proceedings of the conference we must have the final version of your full camera-ready paper by April 15, 2006. Your camera-ready paper(s) should be uploaded electronically through the EDAS system. Please update the author names, the title, and the abstract of your paper on EDAS as well.
